For those of you who know me (Amy) well… you may know that two of my favorite new things in the world right now are Lululemon and Pure Barre La Costa.  Although both have been around for a while – I found Lululemon a year or two ago when they opened a shop in the Carlsbad Forum Shops.  Fortunately Mike is pretty understanding, because I swear I came home with a new top and pair of pants at least once a week for the first couple of months! Carlsbad, CA – BJ’s Restaurants Now Open In Carlsbad

Carlsbad Real Estate News – The Counter Coming To The Forum

There is FINALLY a tenant scheduled to take the place of Sushi on the Rock in the Carlsbad Forum.  After Sushi on the Rock closed unexpectedly over a year ago, the Carlsbad Forum location had remained vacant.  Just in the past month, we Carlsbad residents have had the opening of the much anticipated Casa De Bandini, the gourmet sandwich company Whichwich, and now are going to get The Counter Burgers.

A gourmet burger restaurant that offers beef, chicken, turkey, and vegetarian burgers, The Counter is expected to open in Carlsbad around November 2009.  Soon, you will be able to go to the Carlsbad Forum for – Mexican, Italian, Soup, Salad, and Sandwiches, Coffee, AND burgers!

Carlsbad Real Estate News – Welcome Whichwich to Carlsbad Forum Shops

NEW Encinitas Farmer’s Market

One of the best things about living in Encinitas, La Costa, and Carlsbad is the fresh produce!  I’m originally from Indiana.  My idea of vegetables included corn, potatoes, and tomatoes.  I had never had an artichoke or an avocado or asparagus until I moved to California!
