La Costa Ridge Neighbors

Welcome to the La Costa Ridge Community Site.
 
We live in the Stoneridge community in La Costa Oaks.  When we first moved in, we had two wonderful neighbors who went door to door, meeting our neighbors, gathering our contact information, and setting up a community bulletin board.  Our little group of 81 homes has used this site to provide HOA updates, find lost pets, offer babysitting services, schedule social gatherings, and share referrals for housecleaners, landscapers (and other professional services).    We have also used it to update each other about home warranty issues and complaints – which has been INCREDIBLY helpful in the past!
 
We would like to encourage the same sharing of resources and comraderie throughout the entire La Costa Ridge community.  Therefore, we are setting up a community wide resource site and bulletin board.  We will be updating the site with happenings in La Costa Ridge real estate and information about the soon to arrive La Costa Town Square. 
 
We encourage you to look around, bookmark this page, and come back often.  You can set up your discussion preferences to get all the discussions/emails, abridged versions, or none of the emails at all – just come to the site and review open discussions.  Some other potential uses of the site:

In order to keep all personal information private, all participants will have to set up an account.  Once it is verified that the applicant is a La Costa Ridge homeowner, they will be approved for membership.  NO ONE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE COMMUNITY SITE WITHOUT THEIR EXPRESS REQUEST.  Only community members (neighbors) will have access to the member directory.
