La Costa Oaks Neighborhood Meetings This Week
The La Costa Oaks Board of Directors meeting is next Tuesday, January 24th in the clubhouse. The meeting time is 5:30 pm and will cover things such as past due statements, landscaping requests, and other HOA news.
On Thursday, January 26th at 6:30pm, there will be a City Wide Trails Presentation in the clubhouse. Liz Katabian, Park Planner with the City of Carlsbad will be talking about the walking trails in the La Costa Oaks neighborhood as well as the citywide trail system in Carlsbad.
Maps of the trails will be shared at the meeting and they are available in the recreation office also.
This is a great opportunity to hear more about what is happening in your neighborhood, but also to meet your neighbors! We’re hoping to attend on Thursday night, and hope to see you there too!

La Costa Oaks Stoneridge Garage Sale
Do you love a bargain? If so, grab your truck or SUV and head into La Costa Oaks for a multi-family garage sale this weekend.
On Saturday, June 11th, there will be a number of families having a garage sale from 8 am to 11 am. There will be furniture, children’s clothes and toys, and all kinds of other great deals!

The 3rd Annual La Costa Oaks Food Drive is Tomorrow!
Every year at this time the La Costa Oaks community pitches in to help those less fortunate and this year is no exception.
The Mewborn Team has been delivering boxes for the past few weeks to neighbors who are interested in contributing on behalf of the San Diego Food Bank. They then simply leave them on their front porch/courtyard and we will come by around noon ( weather permitting ) pick them up and deliver all of the canned/boxed/unperishable goods to the Food Bank.
It is so nice to live in a community that is willing to reach out and help their less fortunate neighbors during the holiday season.

La Costa Oaks Garage Community Garage Sale – Saturday, September 18th 8 am to 1 pm
It’s that time of year again! The six neighborhoods of La Costa Oaks South have banded together to host their annual community garage sale. With a total neighborhood of over 500 homes, this is a fabulous opportunity to get your garage sale fix all in one neighborhood!
There will be apparel, children’s clothing, household furniture, home decor, children’s toys, workout equipment, and all kinds of other fun stuff! Doors will open at 8 am. Follow the signs.
La Costa Oaks is on the East and West sides of Rancho Santa Fe at Camino Junipero or at the end of La Costa Avenue. Go into the neighborhood, start driving around, and follow the signs!
