NEW Encinitas Farmer’s Market

One of the best things about living in Encinitas, La Costa, and Carlsbad is the fresh produce!  I’m originally from Indiana.  My idea of vegetables included corn, potatoes, and tomatoes.  I had never had an artichoke or an avocado or asparagus until I moved to California! Encinitas – Sunday Summer Concerts

The summer is always my FAVORITE time of year.  Despite the fact that even though Carlsbad, Encinitas, and San Diego have what the rest of the country would consider year round summer – there are so many great Carlsbad activities that ONLY happen in the summer.

The Switchfoot Bro-Am Returns

If you live in a home in Encinitas, Carlsbad, La Costa, Oceanside, Del Mar, or any of the other coastal towns, you may have heard of the Switchfoot Bro-Am. Started in 2005, this is an annual surf/concert event put on by Switchfoot and their friends to stay true to their Encinitas – Carlsbad home town and raise money for a great cause – Stand Up For Kids.
