Looking For A Local Day Trip?

So, we normally try to comment on local Carlsbad or La Costa restaurants, not Orange County – but after two amazing meals in less than a month, we just have to recommend this one!  Savannah in Huntington Beach boasts fabulous food, a great view (it’s right on the beach), and a tremendous value. 

They have four dinner specials – every night for $15 – an 8 oz. filet, a 14 oz. prime rib, a half pound of crab legs, and their catch of the day.  All dinners come with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.  They also have happy hour with half price mai tai’s (a personal favorite) and mango martinis from 2-6 pm Monday through Saturday.
We love a great value – but for the food and the location – it doesn’t get any better than this.  So, if you happen to be up in Huntington Beach one day, shop in the local shops, stroll through the farmer’s market, walk down to the beach (by the pier) and stop for a fabulous meal!!!
